Hey, guys---

I got a worried message from a reader today asking if everything is all right, since the blog has gone silent again. Well, I'm fine, obviously; the reason I haven't been posting is that I've been getting ready to relocate from Brooklyn to the fair suburbs of Washington, D.C. The job market in NYC is still pretty bad, and freelancing has gradually taken its toll on my morale. So, basically, I'm about to start over with some new scenery. I still want to keep this blog going, though -- not only because I personally love masturbation so much but also because so many dudes have written to say ''Wow, this is exactly what I've been looking for.''

And I'm gonna stick with the Brooklyn Jack name even after I've moved south, because -- well, ''Brooklyn'' has a certain cachet that you just don't find in suburban Virginia.
